If a customer decides to re-rate you it can be seen publicly if chosen and show that your team has resolved/helped the issue
i think it would be useful, as currently in the back-end we can see if a customer has re-rated us from a 1 to 5, but on the front of the webpage it will then just show the new rate, i.e. 5 stars.
I think there should be the option to make it pub...
