Trigger Emails Based on Fulfillment Status

A problem for companies that deliver bigger or more delicate products, or import items from abroad, is that there is a vast range of delivery times across these different specialty products. For example, we sell both furniture and small goods online, the former of which can take 10+ weeks to arrive, the latter -- just a few days.

Therefore we can't set a fixed delay before review request emails trigger based on "sale date." If we choose 10 days, many customers will receive an email asking for a review before the product has even arrived - not good. But if we set a 4 month delay, many people who ordered quickship items will receive review requests far too late.

What we need is to set the review email to trigger based on *fulfillment* -- not sale date. Fulfillment is a status box we check in our CMS Shopify. (I imagine other ecommerce platforms have a similar function.) We check "fulfilled" when the product is actually on its way.

In order for Feefo to scale its service for companies that sell larger items, I think this would be a key feature to add.

    This is now possible by setting the date required in the "feedback date" column in the sales upload
