It would be very useful for our contact centre, to have a button to show all un-responded feedback, that contains a negative service or product review (3 stars or below)?
We have a function that can facilitate this requirement on the dashboard home page titled 'Elected Feedback Awaiting Reply' (top right of the dashboard home page). This section can be set up to contain all un-responded feedback of a specific rating, so you have a quick view of who you need to reply to.
To set this up, please click Settings and scroll to the 'Elected Feedback' section where you can tick what star ratings you want to appear in the 'Elected Feedback Awaiting Reply' area. From here, if you tick 3 star, 2 star and 1 star reviews to appear, they will be presented on your dashboard home page at the top right and you can respond from there. Please note that this area displays the 5 latest reviews and when you respond to a review it will disappear from this area and a new one will take its place if there are more than 5 to respond to.
Please make sure that once you have changed your settings that you save your changes.
