Other people should be blocked from responding to a customer, if someone else is already responding to them.

If both myself, and one of my colleagues are on Feefo at the same time, we may accidently both respond to the same customer at the same time. There needs to be a way of 'blocking' someone else from responding if someone else is already typing in the response box. This was the customer does not end up with two similar reviews and we don't waste time writing to a customer when another one of our colleagues already is. And we can all ensure that we are working on different responses.
