Feedback Reports

It would be really handy to see who hasn't placed any feedback (from the people who have been sent the request for feedback emails).

Also if they've received or been sent a follow up email requesting feedback.

This would enable us to contact certain people to find out why they haven't posted feedback or if they even received the request. None of your reports show if any of the requests bounced or never got to the client.

    We offer a way to report on the feedback emails sent via the Sales - Manage Feedback Requests interface.     This allows you to view data on failed deliveries and resends.
