Special email alert for review reassessments



It would be interesting to have the option to enable email alerts for review reassessments from clients. This way we wouldn't have to receive all reviews from 1-5 stars but only those which we manage to revert.

    Thanks for the feedback - we are currently looking into how we can better present re-rates to merchants within our platform.

    Hi, yes exactly, only for feedbacks which have been re-rated (either the star ranking or the NPS). See we have a filter implemented in the Feefo admin to receive all feedbacks ≤ 3 stars and NPS ≤ 6. When we receive one such feedback, we get in touch with the client to try to revert the impression and we stay with an open ticket in Zendesk until we solve the case. But currently we don't have any easy way to know when a client positively re-rates us after such an interaction since we receive alerts only for 3-star and under feedbacks and 6 and under NPS.

    Hi, Please can you provide some background on the use case?  Do you only want to receive email alerts for feedback which has been re-rated?
