A suggestion to change your "customer experience" term to "service experience"

Idea being that a customer experience can refer to service and product but what we are looking for here is the service element. I believe that if we change it to read "service experience" this will be a lot more clear. That way we can have "service experience" on one side and "product itinerary" on the other side. What does everyone else think about this?

    This can be achieved from editing the Campaign Form.

     

    • Select Campaigns from the Dashboard.
    • Select Edit for the Default Campaign or the Campaign you wish to amend.
    • Select Feedback Preferences.
    • Select Customise Form.
    • Click on the Service question and on the left hand side you will see an editor.
    • Change the label as required and apply the changes.
