Feedback Response

The whole process of evaluating negative feedback and responding to it, is very poor.

We use a plugin via bigcommerce and you have numerous filters but none of them are relevant.


Please think in simplistic / efficient terms when designing your GUI.


For example = rather than filter by tags. I want Filter by negative feedback. Simple / effective obvious.


Instead I have options to select TAGs for filters or sort by month / years etc.


Guys - as business owners, all we care about is finding negative / neutral reviews and putting them right.

Give us the option to find this data first and foremost.


Remove some of the fancy filter options and just stick to nailing the essentials.

    Thank you for taking the time to provide us with some valuable feedback.   We are currently reviewing the user experience of the Feedback section as we appreciate that there is a lot of information and filtering options which can sometimes be a little overwhelming.  I'll make a note and when we have some designs we would be happy to share them with you for further feedback.

    I'm pleased to advise that you can filter for negative reviews within the Feedback section.   From the feedback type section you can adjust the filter to only look at product or service reviews with 1 or 2 stars.  This can be achieved by unchecking  the 5,4 and 3 star check boxes leaving only 1 and 2 stars checked.   Please ensure you do this for both product and service.  Once completed select Search Feedback and all feedback with 1 or 2 stars will be presented.

    The additional filters are used to further filter the reviews you are presented with.  For example you can filter only on 1 or 2 star reviews which are awaiting a response.  This can be achieved by unselecting the "with response" checkbox.

    Yes the star filtering system doesnt always work. It could be alot more straight forward. When time is of the essence I dont want to faff around unticking stars.
