The whole process of evaluating negative feedback and responding to it, is very poor.
We use a plugin via bigcommerce and you have numerous filters but none of them are relevant.
Please think in simplistic / efficient terms when designing your GUI.
For example = rather than filter by tags. I want Filter by negative feedback. Simple / effective obvious.
Instead I have options to select TAGs for filters or sort by month / years etc.
Guys - as business owners, all we care about is finding negative / neutral reviews and putting them right.
Give us the option to find this data first and foremost.
Remove some of the fancy filter options and just stick to nailing the essentials.
