Add service review carousel in different formats

At present, Feefo's service review carousel is available in 3 different formats, namely 'Single Review', 'Average Customer Rating' and 'Snapshot'. The thing is though, Feefo only makes available 1 line of code to install the review carousel. This means you can only install 1 of the only available formats, even if you'd like to install different formats in different places. With this in mind, it would be very helpful if Feefo made available separate lines of code for each format, so we could install each format of the service carousel.

    Hi Ashley,

    Thanks for your valued feedback.

In terms of the carousel, this is primarily for service reviews currently.  However it's a good suggestion to have a reviews carousel tied to a product or parent product.  Where would you envisage using this and how would it differentiate it from the standard presentation of reviews?

I'll pass your tablet information onto our UX team for further review.  We are always working on ways to improve the presentation.

    Thanks, Neil Terry

I agree with Peter's thoughts. Also - it would be good to tie them to specific product pages like you can with the product lighbox? As at the moment, it's just generic reviews.

Just another point to raise - I don't like how on a tablet device, you get the same view as if you are on mobile with the small badge as you are left with loads of space. I would have it drop down to a single review on tablet.

    Just my thoughts.

    Hi Peter,

Great feedback.  I will feed this back to the team and see if there any work arounds.

I would be interested in hearing if others would like this same benefit?

    Best regards, Neil Terry
