A merchant (citystashers) has requested that his 150 drop off points (shops in London) receive their own feedbacks as they come in, the merchant does not want them to be a user to have access to the feedback section, just a 'read only' notification of the feedback as per the tag. Currently only User listed in Settings/Users can be added to receive these reports.
I'm pleased to say we support scheduling reports to external email addresses.
If you require a lot of scheduled reports to be sent to external email addresses it would probably be best to create a specific user account to set them all up under. The email address should be over-ridden in the reports scheduler to the email address of the recipient who requires the report.
