Ability to filter between closed and un-closed threads

When the thread is closed without a merchant response - as not all reviews receive a response (if they're positive), when using the 'awaiting response' on the filter these still come back even though we have classed this as closed. It would be good if we could have the option to select if the thread is open or closed still so that you could filter for only those reviews awiating a response where the thread is still open.

    Admin Response

    This functionality is now available in the Feedback Section within the Admin Portal.  You can now filter based on status and response along with all the standard filters.

    Hi Leanne,

    Thank you so much for posting this idea. I am pleased to confirm that we will be adding functionality to allow you to build 'to do' lists within the feedback admin area which will essentially allow you to bucket those reviews with open threads awaiting replies. I don't have an ETA at the moment however, as soon as I have more information I will contact you personally.
