Our QC team have made a valid point in relation to usability of the 'Your daily report' email, i.e. the one with the subject Feefo Daily Report for 17-Oct-2017. (There's an image of the email's header attached if this helps to identify it.)
Currently, the ‘elected product feedback’ section doesn’t include the SKU (or even the name!) of the product the customer has commented on. From a usability point of view, this makes it very awkward for what is a busy team to quickly investigate and react to negative feedback.
Strangely enough, the 'elected service' section of the same email does include the SKU, so why not the product section?
Is there any way this report can be customised to include the SKU at comment level when product feedback is concerned? Such a change would be incredibly helpful to our team.
