As our business grows and our number of customer feedback responses increases it is not viable to respond to them all. We always respond to the negative ones or ones that have a question/query but just haven't got the time to write an acknowledgement email to all the positive responses. We don't like not responding in particular when the customer has taken the time to write in & tell us what they think about our service.
How about functionality that we could click a button that sends a pre- scripted response acknowledging and thanking them for their feedback but not necessarily showing up ion the portal? - too many of the same answers may look silly.
