To make life easier for merchants using custom questions could we have a standard report that shows the results gained from these? Currently the only way to report on these is via the custom option although this can be scheduled it is only a CSV report and not ideal for presentation purposes
Custom Questions can only be downloaded via the CSV Export.
We are looking at bigger and better was to collect and report on wider customer opinion.

We will certainly be providing better visibility on the individual feedback within the "feedback section". See #FI-I-401 In terms of providing a better download capability this hasn't been determined yet.
