When a feedback item is still open, provide the ability for a customer to re-rate the NPS score. Currently the product, service ratings can be re-rated but the NPS score cannot be changed.
this would be really helpful for us, as seem to get some low NPS scores from happy customers, so feel like they must be a mistake
Has there been any progress on this idea at all?
