When replying to comments on the feedback pages, customers' comments are listed as a vague 'age' rather than having a specific date. For example, a comment will be listed as having been left '3 weeks ago' rather than on a specific date, e.g. dd/mm/yyyy, and this is rarely helpful to us as a business. Even when clicking into/expanding a particular comment, there is no mention (alongside the customer's name, reference, email address, order date etc.) of the date their feedback was submitted.
