When a customer clicks the floating widget, all we see are their reviews, as well as a star rating. It is only when you scroll to the bottom of the page and select "read all reviews" are you able to see our responses to them on Feefo's own page. Can our potential customers see these immediately? It shows we're actually responding properly, and could even answer questions they may have.
Update: After searching, it was a simple checkbox to show replies! Oops! - If anyone wants to know, just select settings, then integration preferences.
