Ability to change review titles from 'Product' and 'Service' to something more relevant to the Company.

We sell holidays rather than tangible assets, so it would be great if we could tailor the review category titles to 'Booking Experience' and 'Holiday Experience' or something similar. Naturally, we want to capture both 'Product' and 'Service' ratings, but due to the nature of our holidays, we would find customers typing the same things in both sections, as the 'service' happens at both touchpoints. Changing the headers would make it much more obvious what type of reviews we're looking for in each section.

    Yes, absolutely. We have exactly the same experience. Our customers are often confused by these titles - so, often, in the Product review they just write something meaningless like "see above". Displaying the Product reviews for the "Product" (or in our case, holiday) page of our website, we then have a lot of reviews saying nothing more than "see above".

    Yes totally agree, 'Product' is inappropriate for what we offer & the ability to change this to something more suitable would be a real plus.
