When replying to customer feedback it would be helpful to see the vehicle model the customer is referring to so that you can reference that in your reply.
Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. You would need to ensure the registration number is supplied as part of the sale upload for it to be presented. Just a thought - is the registration number part of the order number ? It looked like it might be at the end.

Thanks for providing your feedback. I'm pleased to say this is already possible. Just ensure you are providing the vehicle details as part of a sales tag or supply the information as part of the product they have purchased. Then when you receive feedback all the information is at hand on the sale information tab.
