I am not sure why the default 'All Reviews" tab only shows service reviews? I have asked the support team but they have just replied with' thats how the platform works' & haven't given a justified answer. All reviews surely should mean that & have all the reviews with the newest first? It seems misleading & not logical. I have had some excellent product reviews recently but unless potential clients search further that they won't be seen or counted. Also these product reviews are not included in the total number of received so I have now taken off the widget on our website that states how many reviews we have received as again this is misleading. I would appreciate if this could be looked into for future development, many thanks.
