There are times when customers leave the wrong rating or ask a question.
Can there be a "private message" option so we can contact the customer via feefo to update the rating or respond to a question?
Some customers believe their review is confidential and do not like emails from the company in regards to the review left. It can also be a little awkward asking a customer to take time out of their day to log back on to change their rating to match his review. Having it all on the feefo would let them do there and then.
A private message would also allow other admin on the account to see the communication had.
