I have had an issue recently where a customer does not want to receive the feedback request from us.
Upon contacting you, i was told i cannot remove said customer from my list in case he has feefo requests pending from other companies.
The trouble is, i then need to remember the customers name so that i do not accidentally send him the request again as currently is just says "read on xyx day"
I understand that they cannot be removed, but surely a flag could be introduced to alert me that i shouldn't send again. His detials could go red or something so i know not to send?
