Edit a response to customer

if we have made a spelling mistake on an response to customer we should be able to go and edit it ourselves rather than waiting on you editing it for us

    Admin Response

    When responding to customer feedback, you now have 30 seconds to cancel your response before it's sent to the customer and published, allowing the opportunity to create a replacement response.

    Other suggestions to this nature have been made and it is advised to be in planning.

    The ability to provide the user with time to edit a response after clicking send is currently in development.
