Show the Custom Question Feedback at user level

this doesn't need to be shown to the public but currently we have to download and export data to review NPS feedback the answers to custom questions, for agents who are responding online - they may miss important feedback that needs to be acted on.

    Thanks Neil

Q4 2019 is fine by me. Glad to know it is on the way. Will be a great help to us.

Hi James, It's currently on our roadmap plans to show the question and associated answers inline with the feedback. However it's currently looking more ike Q4 2019.

Sorry I cannot be more precise.

    Thanks, Neil

Any update on this new functionality. I have 3 custom questions and the NPS reason that would be great slotted just underneath the main review, enabling us to see the entire survey response in one place (and save a lot of downloads/excel that we currently have to do to get that insight.). J

    Hi Sally,

Sorry I don't have a timeframe at the moment.    However this is certainly something which will get added.   I'm hoping to get it added over the next 3-6 months.

    Thanks, Neil

Hi Neil, any update on this being implemented?  I can see their are several similar ideas entered over a year ago regarding this topic?
