Splitting service and product without relying on the data.

I keep getting push back from customers when looking at CMT for pre and post because it a big job for them to update the data to send pre and post campaigns. It would be great if you could create rule within the hub to do this. I.e create a campaign that send sends service right away and then like the feedback remind, set a time frame for the product feedback request to send (for example 7 day later). We would have a higher in take on this if it was this easy. Particularly in retail. Examples of where this has come up:

    I've had this come up a few times too. Most notably with Yours Clothing - who have now decided that because it is such a big job, they don't want the feature at all because they're scared of the work involved on the data side.
