Alert when feedback not actioned after X time frame

It would be really useful to be able to set up an alert to an individual when a customer's feedback has not been actioned after a certain amount of time. This would enable management to ensure their SLAs and customer service levels are being maintained. This helps with Customer Experiences of a brand.
