It is a little confusing to navigate to the Response Performance Report and not get much insight regarding response rates.
I'd like to be able to see, in a certain time frame, how many people responded and what percentage the response rates were of the total people sent a request to.
For example, if I wanted to view a trend of response rates for the last 6 months, I can't do that very easily in the Hub. The graph displayed shows me volume of emails sent, which isn't what I was expecting to see. It would be great to be able to see a graphical representation of the response rates over time.
