Ability to change minimal interval period at campaign level

We do not want customers to receive multiple requests in a short period of time for the same area of their journey, for example a customer could purchase and then claim, we would want the to receive 2 feedback requests for these events. If a customer were to make 2 claims in the same period, currently they would receive 2 claim feedback requests in a short interval to review what is generally the same service, this causes negative feedback as they are receiving too many requests for the same thing.
