If a client is using CMT to trigger out various types of campaigns, it would be great, as part of the campaign settings, to be able to control a minimum interval period on a campaign by campaign basis. If we then wanted to apply a minimum interval across the whole account, we can still do that with the main account settings.
To provide an example, as an insurance company, we might have multiple CMT campaigns set up. One of which, might be a review request for account changes / updates / admin updates only. So this is currently set to private, because this is for operational reasons only. However, we may not want customers receiving this specific campaign multiple times, so a minimum interval would be useful. However, this interval may not be wanted across the whole account.
