Date reviews are sent to customer - Increase review rate response

Is it possible that the days set I. e 4 days can be from the despatch date? Not sales date

Does it not make more sense to do it this way instead of the sales date as it needs time in transit and for the customers to look at the goods – then we should get more feedback

As customers could get a review email for something sent on Friday on the Saturday/ Sunday - the goods will not be delivered until Monday / Tuesday

I wouldn’t give a review for something not received - then the email is forgotten about – and then we lose out on a potential review

This should be beneficial to all your customers

May be another way - could it only upload Feefo sales complete from magneto ie set to 3 or 4 days after being status “complete” .

    extra information this is due to some items are bespoke and can take 7 -14 days to make,

    so when we complete the sale the review email is sent out straight away as it uses the sales date. May be consider changing the sales date value in Feefo and rename it sale completed /despatched value, then use the Hub to set the extra days required before the customer receives their review email
