When you email us to tell us that we’ve had feedback, it doesn’t seem to say whether or not the customer has left photos.
Sometimes this can be overlooked by us and it’s a bit of a faff logging in to check this. Is it possible to either show a snippet of the photo or something that says ‘photos were left’ in the emails please?
