Why not have just 1 response field instead of 2?

This can make the feedback experience more user friendly and can save time

    Please can you provide some more background.  Are you suggesting you want a combined product and service review field?

    Not a combined review field, just the possibility to send one combined reply to the customer as otherwise we are just copying and pasting the same response to both the product review and the service review. One reply would be much better so it is not associated with both parts of the review but an overview.

    Hi Kirsten, I agree that guests tend to many times copy and paste their responses onto both the service and product fields. I think the reason why they would do that is because you guys have set a minimum number of characters to the product field so guests need to at least input 4 characters onto that field - please correct me if I am wrong. I think that if we did not have that minimum character limit on the product field, this would make things more simpler for us and our guests.
