Could Feefo change the user name of the email being sent to our customers from feedback@feefo.com to merchant@feefo.com?

If this is possible, we think it would result in higher response rates - it would better clarify the purpose of the email, highlight the relationship between Feefo and the merchant, and increase the chances that such an email becomes noticed in a junk folder (and not considered as spam).

    You can currently customize the email address we send from within Campaigns.   

    • Select the campaign
    • Select Campaign Preferences
    • Change the Feedback Request "From" Email to one which you would like the mail to come from.  It's important that the mailbox exists on your system.

    Hi Kirsten, are you sure this already exists? Our guests are receiving Feefo emails from feedbackrequest@feefo.com and not trafalgar@feefo.com or anything similar to that.
